A written plan, tailored to your business. The work we recommend handing over, the tools it would use, what always waits for a person’s yes, and the steps to put it in place.
After the call, a quote for your written plan. If you want it, the plan gives you two ways forward, both priced: A quote for Stabil to set it up for you, and the plan itself, so your own team can set it up instead.
A slide deck for your decision-makers. Ready for your partners or managers.

Good to know: the free call is only a conversation. Nothing is installed or connected during it. If you go ahead, we quote a guided install and the managed services that follow, recommended for the first year, with training so your team can run it themselves.

One role means up to 3 workflows. If our call turns up more than one role, the Solution Architect will ask which one to prioritize, finish the plan for that role, and quote the others separately. Nothing is charged unless you choose it.

The call is free, with no obligation. Nothing is charged unless you choose a written plan after the call.

What does one crew member cover?

Everything in that worker’s section of the catalog, not a fixed number of workflows. We plan the whole section and rank where to start. Get found counts as one: marketing and reviews, plus answering every new lead. More than one crew member gets a custom quote.

Who do you work with?

Owner-run businesses where we know the work well. We take on work that fits our expertise and our values. If yours isn’t a fit, we’ll tell you plainly, cancel the call if needed, and point you somewhere better if we can.

What happens after I send this?

You pick a time for your free 45-minute call right away, and Calendly emails your invite with a Microsoft Teams link. After the call, we quote the written plan. Nothing is charged unless you choose it.

Do we have to hire Stabil to build it?

Does the plan fee count toward setup?
