Plan Your Crew with a solution architect.

Start with a free call. Talk with a solution architect about your ministry’s needs, and get a fast, usable plan started. After the call we quote the written plan, and it’s your call: have us set it up, set it up yourselves, or take it to your church or committee.

How it works

  1. A free 45-minute call with one of our Solution Architects. We learn how the work is done today and what you want Your Crew to take off your plate.
  2. A written plan, tailored to your ministry. The work we recommend handing over, the tools it would use, what always waits for a person’s yes, and the steps to put it in place.
  3. After the call, a quote for your written plan. If you want it, the plan gives you two ways forward, both priced: A quote for Stabil to set it up for you, and the plan itself, so your own team can set it up instead.
  4. A slide deck for your decision-makers. Ready for your pastor, leadership team, committee, or board.

Good to know: the free call is only a conversation. Nothing is installed or connected during it. If you go ahead, we quote a guided install and the managed services that follow, recommended for the first year, with training so your staff and volunteers can run it themselves.

One role means up to 3 workflows. If our call turns up more than one role, the Solution Architect will ask which one to prioritize, finish the plan for that role, and quote the others separately. Nothing is charged unless you choose it.

The call is free, with no obligation. Nothing is charged unless you choose a written plan after the call.

Fine print: a written plan for one ministry role is as low as $149 for churches, credited in full toward setup if Stabil sets it up within 90 days of your call. Plans for more roles are quoted after the call.

    6. The ResurrectionWe believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
    7. The ChurchWe believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

      What if we have more than one role, or a larger staff?

      If you already know you have more than one role, choose Multiple roles. Tell us everything you are hoping to do, and we’ll email you pricing for a planning session sized to your organization. One role means up to three duties. If you book one role and our call turns up more, the Solution Architect will ask which one to prioritize, finish the plan for that role, and quote the others separately after the call.

      Do we have to be a church?

      No. Camps, conference centers, mission agencies, schools, and other ministries are welcome. We ask that your organization agrees with our Statement of Faith.

      What happens after I send this?

      One role: you pick a time for your free 45-minute call right on this page, and Calendly emails your invite with a Microsoft Teams link. Multiple roles: you get a link to book your free call as soon as you send your details. After the call, we quote the written plan. Nothing is charged unless you choose it.

      Do we have to hire Stabil to build it?

      No. The plan is yours. Build it with us, build it yourself, or present the slide deck to your leaders to fund it.

      Does the plan fee count toward setup?

      Yes. If you have Stabil set up what we plan within 90 days of your call, the full written-plan fee is credited to your setup invoice. The plan is yours either way.

      Is this a tax-deductible gift?

      No. It is a purchase from Stabil Systems LLC, a for-profit company. PayPal emails your receipt.
