CampOS & ConferenceOS services

Help with go-live, and with every season after.

CampOS and ConferenceOS are built to be free. Some ministries run them on their own. Others want Stabil beside them for go-live, training, data work, or ongoing system care. Both paths are fully supported, and the software stays free either way.

Free stays free

Ministries that hold our Statement of Faith receive the plugins with no license cost, no seats, no per-camper fee, and no subscription, under our licensing terms.
Your ministry owns its data.
Rock RMS comes separately from the Spark Development Network. CampOS runs on top of it.
You choose your payment gateway, and card-processing rates are between you and that gateway.

If you’d rather not look after the software yourself, Stabil can host and maintain CampOS and ConferenceOS for you, in your own organization’s cloud account, using nonprofit cloud credit where you qualify. Your team runs camp. We keep the system running.

You keep the free software license.
You pay Stabil to keep the system healthy: monitoring, the updates we agree to handle, and one clear point of contact.
The service is sized to your ministry: how many people you serve, how year-round your calendar is, and how much of the upkeep your staff wants to keep.

What it costs

Every engagement is scoped to your ministry. A one-season go-live is a different project from a multi-site move with years of history, so once we understand your needs, we tell you plainly what your scope costs. Hosting is billed to your own cloud account with no Stabil markup, card fees stay between you and your gateway, and none of this is required to use the software. Already have an invoice? Engraved for Ministries

A shared Scripture memory program, with a dashboard for its leaders.

The Engraved app is free for everyone, and that does not change. Engraved for Ministries is an optional, Stabil-hosted layer for churches and ministries that want to run a memory program together, without turning the app into a social feed.

Personal progress, streaks, and family profiles on the device.
Sharing a list by code, for when you only need everyone on the same verses.

For leaders

Leaders sign in with a code sent to their email, with no password to remember, and run the program from one calm dashboard.

Create groups with the verses and lists you choose.
See your roster, each person's progress by verse, and their last activity.
Invite people with a link and QR code for a Sunday slide or a text. The invite shows the verses and how to join, never the roster or your email.
Track completion across the program. Members never see each other's scores.
Export a CSV for the church office, and close joining when the season ends.
Send reminders once email is set up for your ministry. Until then, the dashboard says so plainly.

For members

Joining is always a choice. Members who never join keep the free app exactly as it is.

Joining happens from the Engraved app or the invite page, with an email confirmation and the name the ministry will see.
A short notice explains exactly what leaves the phone before anyone joins.
Members work the list together using the drills they already know.
Practice still works offline, and program progress syncs when they are back online.
Leaving removes them from the ministry's server and keeps every verse they learned on their device.
Kids Mode profiles stay out of ministry programs for now.

How cost works

Engraved for Ministries is a subscription for the church or ministry, not for the people in it. It comes in cost buckets sized to your program: how many people, how many groups, and how much Stabil runs for you. We set the right bucket with you and keep it low-cost. Do we have to pay for Your Crew to use Engraved or CampOS?

No. Your Crew is optional. Engraved and our other free tools never depend on it.

What does Your Crew cost?

Platform cost after setup is paid directly by your ministry with no Stabil markup. After the free call, Stabil quotes a guided install and the managed services that follow. In managed services, our main service, we guide your staff with regular check-ins, recommended adjustments, and coaching while your people run the crew. It is recommended for the first year but not required, and we offer training so your staff and volunteers can run it themselves. Price and terms are set in your quote. You can start with a free call with a solution architect, and you pay only for what we agree on, invoiced after it’s agreed.

Does CampOS stay free if we hire Stabil to help?
