After the free call: a guided install, then managed services.

The free call is only a conversation. Nothing is installed or connected during it. Stabil is a service management company: we help your ministry get to a stable place, and your crew stays your own tool, run by your own staff and volunteers. If you go ahead, we quote two things after the call: the install, and the managed services that follow.

The install. We guide the setup alongside your staff. We help configure each worker you picked inside your ministry’s own accounts, connect only what you approve, test it with your team on real tasks, and train your people until they’re comfortable.

Managed services. This is our main service. We guide and manage the service with you: regular check-ins, reviewing how your crew is serving your people, recommending adjustments and helping you make them, keeping things current as the tools change, and coaching your staff and volunteers along the way. The goal is a ministry that can reach its potential.

We recommend managed services for the first year. It is not required, and we offer training so your staff and volunteers can run it themselves after that, or anytime you prefer. Platform costs are paid directly by your ministry, with no Stabil markup. You pay only for what you agree to, invoiced after it’s agreed. Price and terms are set in your quote.

Does Your Crew fit with our faith and values?

We ask that too. We’re Christians who serve in our own churches. Your Crew handles tasks, not ministry. Preaching, prayer, counsel, and care stay with your people.

Is this the kind of AI people worry about?

No. Your Crew is a practical tool with a narrow job: your office’s computer work, in your accounts, with your approval. It works only on the jobs you set up, and people stay in charge.

Will this replace our staff or volunteers?

No. It takes the computer work off their plate so they have more time for people.

Will anything go out without our OK?

No. Your Crew does not send email, post, or contact anyone outside your office. It prepares drafts for your staff to send, and every payment waits for a yes from your staff. Your Crew does the prep. Your people make the calls.

What if it gets something wrong?

You’ll see it first, because your staff review and send everything themselves. And every Friday, Luke reviews the week, fixes what’s his to fix, and flags the rest for you.

Who owns our accounts and information?

You do. Everything runs on your accounts and logins, you pay the platform directly, and Your Crew only goes where you let it.

Do we have to switch software?

No. They work in the tools you already use: your church database, giving, website, email, calendar, slides, and files.

Can we start small?

Yes. Start with one job, like Mark on Sunday slides and the bulletin, and add more when you’re ready.

Does Claude read our data?

No. On the accounts set up with our help, AI training is turned off: Anthropic doesn’t train its AI on your data, deletes it after 30 days, and its people see content only if you share it or its safety systems flag misuse. If you’d rather nothing leave your building, we can help you run an offline model on your own computers.
